Kale for a Dinner Party? Yes, Indeed.

Over the past decade, kale has become prevalent on shopping lists for many health conscious foodies. This healthy green has a lot to offer if prepared correctly. If you still still haven’t cooked kale, we’re here to help you out and give the greens in your NYE meal a punch that your guests will love.
1 Bag (16 oz) Kale Greens (Ribs/Stems Removed)
6 Cloves Garlic (Sliced)
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
3 TBSP Olive Oil
Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
1) Heat 3 TBSP olive oil in a large pot on medium heat and sauté sliced garlic until golden brown. Be sure to stir garlic and watch closely so it doesn’t burn. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside in a bowl.
2) Place kale into pot and toss with spoon to coat kale with remainder of oil. Add chicken stock and sauté for one minute while seasoning with crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 5 minutes.
3) Remove pot from heat and carefully drain residual liquid. Return pot to stove and add sautéed garlic. Toss and serve.
